Although Clover cannot actually hold office as your Company Secretary, we can help and advise you of all of the duties required of you under company law. We can also assist you with performing these duties.

We offer a range of services to limited companies.  Although this is not an exhaustive list, the typical services we offer are as follows:

- Company formation
- Advice on legal procedures to change the officers of the company, shareholdings, amend the accounting reference date, declare a dividend, etc
- Advising you of directors' responsibilities
- Maintaining your statutory registers and minutes
- Filing all necessary statutory accounts, forms, annual returns and resolutions on the public record at Company's House
- Dissolving the company

At present there are considerable tax benefits arising from trading through a limited company.  This can be discussed with Clover in your no obligation meeting that we offer to all prospective clients. Setting up a limited company means you are governed by company law. This can be sometimes too much for clients and therefore this is where Clover would step in.
